The Rasa Yogini seven-day retreat itinerary includes:
- Two and half - hour morning practice: Rasa Vinyasa Yogini – a full-spectrum Vinyasa series designed to cultivate various aspects of the fully embodied and empowered yogini through dynamic asana, pranayama, and yogic philosophy
- Fresh, healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners
- Free time for rest and relaxation on the beach, swimming, snorkeling, hiking, shopping and adventure excursions
